Our Mission

Founded in 2022 by JayJay Hendrix, BAL assists local animal shelters and rescues with both financial assistance and community outreach.

With almost $20,000 raised through fundraising and community events, we aim to reform animal control in our county, ensuring every animal has a voice and a loving home.

We focus on providing financial assistance for rescued animals while actively promoting adoption to create loving families for them.

Our primary goal is to find forever homes for all rescued animals, ensuring they are matched with loving families.

Community

We engage local communities through outreach programs that educate on responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying/neutering.

We advocate for reform in animal control policies to ensure humane treatment of all animals in our county.
